The objective of this Lone Worker Policy is to minimize risks to employees who work alone or without direct supervision. This policy applies to all Armorlink Security employees who work alone, remotely, or in isolated locations as part of their assigned duties.

These assessments will consider: Safe access to and exit from work locations Fire safety and emergency arrangements Availability and reliability of communication methods Employee awareness of emergency procedures Access to first aid resources Risk assessments will be reviewed regularly and updated whenever changes occur in the work environment or job responsibilities.

Lone Worker Safety Measures

Prohibited Lone Working Activities

Lone working is not permitted in high-risk situations, including but not limited to: Confined or restricted spaces with inadequate ventilation Environments involving hazardous, flammable, or toxic substances Tasks requiring manual handling beyond safe limits for one person Security activities involving physical intervention without appropriate backup
