Security staff have access to essential welfare facilities such as toilets, washing areas, drinking water, and suitable rest spaces. Where on-site offices are unavailable, appropriate rest arrangements are provided.
Rest & Recovery Areas
For assignments requiring prolonged standing or extended shifts, seating and rest provisions are arranged to support employee well-being.
Incident Reporting & Emergency Support
All incidents, near misses, and accidents must be reported promptly. Security staff have access to emergency contact numbers and a 24/7 reporting system to ensure rapid response.
Client Responsibilities
Where essential services such as water, electricity, or heating are disrupted at client sites, contractual provisions ensure alternative arrangements are in place to maintain safety standards.
Comprehensive Health & Safety Training
All Armorlink Security personnel receive ongoing health and safety training, including:
Managing Aggression & Conflict – Handling violence, vandalism, unauthorized access, and malicious damage
Emergency & Fire Safety – Alarm response, evacuation procedures, muster points, and use of firefighting equipment
First Aid Awareness – Basic first aid response and familiarity with on-site first aid equipment
Supervisors ensure first aid supplies are maintained and replenished regularly.
Site-Specific Safety Measures
To ensure safety at each assignment, we implement site-specific controls, including:
Perimeter Security – Securing gates, fencing, and equipment to prevent unauthorized access or vandalism
Emergency Contingency Planning – Site-specific emergency procedures, fire drills, and evacuation plans
Employee Welfare Provisions – Facilities for rest, hot drinks, and food preparation where staff remain on site for extended periods
